proprietorship and was in 2023 registered as a
legal entity (private limited company) with the
Registrar of Companies under the number PVT7LU57JBZ.
The firm's Principal Engineer is
registered with all the relevant institutions and
authorities including the Engineers Board of
Kenya (EBK), the Institution of Engineers of
Kenya (IEK), the Association of Consulting
Engineers-Future Leaders (ACEK-FL), and the
Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK). This
enables the firm to operate within legal and
statutory requirement in Kenya.
