The Geotechnical Services carried out by Engpro Consulting Engineers Ltd are detailed analysis and survey of the land on which a structure or building is to be built. The geotechnical study includes the geotechnical ground survey and the characterisation of the underlying soil and rock.

It provides information on soil type, soil strength and load-bearing capacity of the terrain. We can also identify potential problems, such as the presence of groundwater or rocks , slope stability analysis, etc., which may affect construction.
We also undertake topographic surveys for site planning and for the design of engineering and construction works. Our surveys identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on the surface of the site under investigation.
We use the latest Robotic and Reflectorless Total Station instruments to capture the site features; once collated, our Quality Assurance team checks and verifies every drawing before it is sent to the client.
